In Grupo Inventia we were in charge of the house renovation in this flat located in Provença street in Barcelona. We carried out a complete image and equipment renovation work on key rooms such as the kitchen and the bathroom. The combination between our interior design and construction departments has returned to the best results.
Before commenting on some of the most important improvements that have been made in this new house renovation in Barcelona, we shared a video in which you can visually see the general finishes in all the rooms of the house.
The kitchen has been maintained in a separate with U-shaped distribution. On the left hand side there are built-in appliances, refurbished and composed of fridge, oven and microwave. In the central part there is a countertop equipped with a ceramic hob and storage capacity both at the top and bottom. The right area is occupied by a counter with a sink. In the lower part the washing machine has been embedded.
Now the bathroom looks very fresh and nice. The walls have been tiled with beige tiles, giving plenty of light and spaciousness. The sanitary equipment has also been renovated and now has a modern sink with built-in storage furniture, a classic image toilet and a shower tray protected with sliding door bulkheads.
The completion of this house renovation has led to an improvement in the overall image of the home. The objective was to achieve spacious and cozy spaces. For this purpose neutral shades such as beige or white have been used to paint the walls of the livingroom or bedrooms. This is how dark and cold tones have changed from a modern and contemporary image.
The modern white doors and the sliding aluminum windows have also been refurbished. Another element that has been improved is the pavement. In this aspect, a parquet flooring in medium wood tones has been chosen. This is a very good option both visually and during maintenance.
