New completed house renovation, specifically at Rambla Marina street in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat. In general, it was possible to provide housing with a very pleasant environment for daily life, with rooms that generate visual amplitude and luminosity. As you can see in the following video, in addition to improving the image of the property, the equipment was also renewed.
The kitchen was located in an own room and for the disposal of its elements a distribution was used on two fronts. The right side begins with a countertop intended for surface support and work and with storage capacity at the bottom and top. Next the appliances were fitted, made up of a refrigerator, an oven and a microwave.
On the left side an elongated countertop was fitted with a ceramic hob and an individual sink. In turn, this area extends the storage capacity with drawers and cabinets both on the lower and upper part of the kitchen counter. A stay to which neutral tones were used and a very bright space was generated.
In the main bathroom the walls are tiled with beige tiles, a good option to create a cozy room. These neutral shades are accompanied by a complete sanitary equipment that consists of a basin with storage furniture, toilet and bathtub.
For its part, the courtesy bathroom also has three sanitary parts: toilet, toilet and shower, in this case. The walls painted white and other tiled gray tiles were combined, creating a very interesting contrast. However, personality is provided by the hydraulic pavement that was installed.
