A new work of house renovation in Barcelona completed. This time our team has moved to Robrenyo street. There we have not been in charge of completely renewing the image and equipment of this house. Before that, our interior design department prepared a complete house renovation project tailored to the owners.

One of the aspects to be improved in this house renovation was that of interior design. This time it has been chosen to use a contemporary and current design, although several original elements have been retained. Highlights include the exposed brick wall and the volta catalana ceiling that occupies the kitchen and living room spaces.
These original and restored elements are included in an interior design with neutral tones on the walls and an excellent parquet floor. For the painting work, the color white has been chosen, as in this way very bright and visually spacious spaces could be obtained. This point was favorable thanks to the large entrances of natural light that the house has.
The kitchen is open and integrates perfectly into the overall image of the home. An L-shaped kitchen distribution has been used to locate its new elements. On the right side, a part of the worktop protrudes that offers a greater support and work surface. It can also be used as a breakfast bar.
Both the kitchen furniture and the countertops are white. A sink and a ceramic hob have been installed on the countertop. Both in its lower and upper area has cabinets and drawers for storage. In fact, the oven and microwave have been integrated there, respectively. The refrigerator has been placed at the far right. It is integrated in the kitchen furniture and the doors are those of the same closet.
Another space that has been improved in this house renovation in Barcelona is the bathroom. It now has everything you need to offer the best features and functionality in its use. Three sanitary pieces have been placed, starting with a large washbasin with integrated storage cabinet. It is accompanied by a modern line toilet and a shower tray that is separated by a masonry wall.
The image of the bathroom has also been improved. The walls have been completely tiled with white imitation marble tiles. A very subtle touch that allows you to integrate the new pavement smoothly. For this, a gray stoneware floor has been chosen. Visually it is perfect, in addition to being a durable material and very suitable for a bathroom.
