One of the actions that have been carried out in this house renovations in Barcelona has been the renovation of the interior design of the house. In general, it has opted for a contemporary design in which neutral tones have a great weight. In this way, large and bright spaces have been achieved. All in all, a cozy atmosphere ideal for any home.
The walls of the livingroom, bedrooms or hallway have been painted white. This allows the light to expand to each corner. The plinths and new doors, several of them sliding doors, are also white. This combines perfectly with a parquet floor in medium shades of wood.
As in many of the house renovations we carry out at Grupo Inventia, the kitchen has been completely renovated. It is accessed through a sliding door, so it is located in a separate room. In this case the kitchen is spacious and the new elements have been arranged through an L-shaped layout.
Custom spaces have been arranged on each side of the entrance to integrate the appliances. On the left the refrigerator and on the right the oven and the microwave. On this right side is born the first section of countertop. It is elongated and offers a large support and work surface. It also has an integrated sink.
The worktop twists to the left and gives way to a second section. The glass ceramic plate has been installed in it, accompanied by an integrated extractor hood. Both the bottom and top of the countertops have storage capacity. The lower kitchen furniture is white, while the upper cabinets have wood finishes. A gray ceramic floor has been chosen for the pavement.
Another of the rooms renovated in this house renovation has been the bathroom, which also has a sliding door. For the new image, the general decorative line has been followed, with neutral tones predominating. The walls have been completely tiled with soft beige tiles. While the pavement shines a stronger beige tone and fits perfectly into the overall image.
The sanitary equipment has also been changed and is now ready to offer the best features and functionality in its use. A floating sink with built-in storage cabinet has been installed. It has a wood finish and is perfect for organizing all kinds of hygiene products. It is accompanied by a toilet and a corner shower tray protected by sliding door.
