In the following video we present the final result of this house renovation in Sant Quirze. As you can see now, the house has a modern and contemporary image. In addition, the kitchen and bathroom equipment have also been completely renovated.
One of the objectives in this new house renovation has been to improve and modernize the image of all rooms. It has been worked on the basis of a contemporary style interior design in which large and bright spaces are the protagonists. To achieve this the walls have been painted soft gray and combined with an imitation parquet ceramic floor.
In this way spaces such as the livingroom and bedrooms offer a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. Very important details in a home and that are enhanced thanks to the natural light that the house has. The new plinths and doors are white which makes them stand out in the whole interior design.
This time we have worked on an open kitchen renovation. For the arrangement of the new elements has opted for a U-shaped kitchen distribution. Now the kitchen offers ample mobility and each appliance is located in the perfect place to offer maximum functionality in its use.
The appliances on the left side have been integrated. They consist of oven, microwave and refrigerator. The latter is camouflaged by the doors of the white kitchen furniture that has been chosen. Then comes a first countertop equipped with a ceramic hob and a modern extractor hood with black finish.
The sink has been integrated into the central worktop and the gray worktop offers a large work surface. At the bottom there are several cabinets that provide storage capacity. The right side is occupied by a new countertop that expands the support and work surface in addition to having a kitchen bar function.
In this house renovation work, two bathrooms have been renovated. Now the two rooms have modern and functional sanitary equipment. It consists of a washbasin with built-in storage cabinet, a floating toilet and a shower tray. The bathroom furniture is white and the showers are protected by transparent partitions.
For the new interior design, the general decorative line has been followed. The bathrooms are presented in very bright and visually spacious spaces. In the guest bathroom the walls have been tiled with beige tiles, while in the suite bathroom gray tiles have been chosen. A grayish-colored ceramic floor has been chosen as the new pavement.
