We have taken on a new project of house renovation in Bassegoda street in Barcelona, in the Sants-Badal neighborhood. Before starting a house renovation, it is necessary to establish what the new interior image will look like. Once decided, you can act more fluidly when choosing accessories and furniture. On this occasion we opted for a contemporary interior design. A welcoming image that promotes a warm and familiar atmosphere.
To achieve this we have painted the walls soft beige. In addition, to achieve the aforementioned characteristics, we have also created bright spaces with visual amplitude. This new image can be seen both in the dining and lounge areas and in the bedrooms. On the other hand, in the common areas we have placed a hydraulic type floor, while in the rooms there is now laminated parquet.
We have also taken care of placing some furniture there. There is a table in the dining room, a sofa and a TV in the living room and a bench and a coat rack in the hall. In addition, each bedroom has a bed, a wardrobe and a work area.
The kitchen is open and has a linear distribution. Given its location, it is the most functional layout for this kitchen, a vital part of a home. At the far right we have integrated several appliances. The fridge, camouflaged by the kitchen cupboard doors, the oven and also the microwave.
On the other hand, the counter is wide and equipped with a glass ceramic plate and a sink. A great novelty in this kitchen renovation is that it has storage capacity both on the top and bottom. In addition, in the latter we have also integrated the dishwasher. All together in a white kitchen cabinet to match the design of the rest of the house.
The house has two bathrooms that we have also improved in image and sanitary equipment. After this bathroom renovation, each cleaning space offers a functional use for any time of the day. Now each bathroom has a sink with built-in storage furniture, a toilet and a shower tray.
In both cases we have tiled the walls at half height with white beveled tiles. They provide a modern image and give light and visual spaciousness to the entire room. For the floor we have opted for a decorative floor, ideal for spaces where we want easy cleaning.
