At Grupo Inventia we have completed a new house renovation in the vicinity of Barcelona. On this occasion we moved to Vilanova i la Geltrú to completely rehabilitate, both in image and in equipment, this property. The first stop of this house renovation takes us to the livingroom and bedrooms. In them, we wanted to take full advantage of natural light, thus generating space with a greater sensation of amplitude and luminosity. In order to round it off, a design that was compatible with the search was used.
In these cases the walls were painted in neutral colors such as white, beige and soft gray. In turn, this was combined with a parquet floor in medium wooden tones, thus achieving warm and very cozy rooms.
The kitchen occupies its own space and for the disposal of its new elements a distribution on two fronts was used. A long stretch of hotplates were placed on the left side, and in addition to offering a wide support surface, it is equipped with a ceramic hob and an individual sink. In addition, it has storage capacity both in its lower part and higher. At the right side there was a kitchen cabinet in which the new appliances were fitted.
With regard to the bathrooms, the same design was applied with tiled walls half-height with beige tiles and the rest painted with white. After this renovation, both rooms have a sink with built-in wardrobe, a toilet and a shower with sliding door screens.
