We have taken it upon ourselves to construction house in the town of Sant Quirze del Vallès. In our company, in addition to renovations, we also take care of new constructions. We have built a spacious two-storey house with a fully functional layout.

Once the distribution is defined, we are responsible for drawing up the interior design project. In this house we have created bright and spacious spaces using neutral tones. We painted the walls a soft shade of beige and combined it with other neutral and natural finishes. Among them the new white doors and the plinths of the same color.
The new parquet floor in natural wood tones also stands out. In addition to contributing to creating warmer spaces, it also combines with other elements. All the window frames are finished in wood, as is some of the kitchen furniture. By combining these elements we manage to generate continuity in the interior design.
The kitchen is open to the living room and has a distribution on two fronts. On the wall we placed a section of elongated counter. It is equipped with a sink and has storage capacity at the bottom. Right here we have integrated the dishwasher, the fridge is at one end.
Right in front we have a kitchen island with an induction hob. In addition to being a space for cooking, it has a double function. It can also be used as a breakfast bar. On the left wall there is a built-in cupboard with the integrated oven and microwave.
In terms of design, this newly construction kitchen combines the color black with wood finishes. In this way, it is integrated into the home, although visually defining its space.
In this newly construction house we have made three complete bathrooms. One is on the ground floor, while the other two are on the upper floor. Each one offers the best features and is presented with a contemporary design. In the same way, they also have complete equipment.
All the bathroom spaces in this house have a toilet with storage furniture, a toilet and a shower tray.
