The aim of this house renovation has been to completely modernize the image of all rooms. Among them the livingroom or all the bedrooms. To do this, our department of interior design and house renovations developed a project that aimed to achieve spacious and bright rooms. In short, get nice and cozy spaces.
Neutral shades have been used to paint the walls. For example, in the livingroom they have been painted beige, an ideal color for natural light to spread to every corner of the house. In some bedrooms, other shades have also been used, specifically blue. In this house renovation, the pavement has also been completely renovated. A parquet floor in medium shades of wood has been chosen. A perfect combination.
In this house renovation we have a kitchen of open concept and distributed in form of “U”. The left side is occupied by a section of countertop that provides a support and work surface and can be used as a breakfast bar. The central section is occupied by a new countertop equipped with a hob. Both the bottom and top have storage capacity. The oven and microwave are built into them.
The countertop twists to the right and gives way to a new section equipped with a sink. Already at the end a custom hole has been arranged to fit the refrigerator. The image of this kitchen follows the general decorative line of this house renovation. The lower part of the kitchen furniture is white and the upper has wood finishes. Something that combines with parquet flooring.
On the other hand, in this house renovation in Cornellà, the bathroom was also completely renovated. The first thing has been to change the sanitary equipment for a modern one that offers the best benefits. It consists of a washbasin with three storage drawers, a pair of bidet and toilet and a shower tray.
This last element is protected with transparent partitions. This house renovation has taken into account the maximum use of space. So the bathroom is accessed through a sliding door. The walls have been completely tiled with beige tiles and a stoneware floor has been placed that mimics the wood finish. Definitely a very cool and cozy stay.
