We have completed a new work of house renovation in Barcelona and we will present the improvements that have been made. This time we have moved to Mallorca street to completely renew the image and equipment of this house. It now has all the elements needed to function as a home.

The kitchen is located in a separate room which is accessed through a sliding door. It is a spacious room and has been distributed in a U-shape. In this way each new element is located in the right place to offer the best functionality. In addition, the storage capacity of the kitchen has been expanded. Both at the bottom and top there are drawers and cabinets that facilitate the organization of the stay.
The left side is occupied by a countertop that has been equipped with a sink and a four-burner hob. The worktop twists to the right and gives way to a second section for the support surface. On the right side has been placed a kitchen cabinet with custom gaps to integrate the appliances. Specifically a refrigerator, an oven and a microwave.
Other spaces improved in this house renovation are the bathrooms. In both, a similar interior design has been used with the walls tiled with beige tiles. For the main bathroom, stone-finished tiles have also been used to tile the walls of the toilet and shower. The new pavement is presented in dark shades of gray and beige. Two bathrooms with a modern image and a nice atmosphere.
In addition to the interior design, all the sanitary equipment has also been renewed. Now each of them has a sink with built-in storage cabinet. Also a floating toilet that helps to generate more visual spaces. The new sanitary ware also has a shower. For the two bathrooms, a shower tray with a gray finish has been chosen, which is protected by a transparent partition.
One of the aspects to be improved in this house renovation in Barcelona was the interior design of all the spaces. This time it has been worked on the basis of a contemporary style. The walls have been painted beige and allow natural light to expand to every corner. Original elements such as some doors and windows have also been preserved.
In this last aspect the moldings of the ceiling stand out, that has been painted of white, and shine in their original image. For its part, the pavement has also been renovated and a parquet in medium shades of wood has been installed in spaces such as the living room and bedrooms. The latter have also been fully furnished.
