Grupo Inventia ended this week the integral reform of a house located in Bailen street of Barcelona.
This new integral reform encompassed the entire house, including the bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Our designers started with an old house, but were able to restore it to make it look current but at the same time maintaining the essence of yesteryear.
In the kitchen, where our team has a lot of experience, have taken all the methods available to enable everything needed. Classic style kitchen, the oven is installed beneath the hob and all that has been surrounded with drawers and cabinets, also on the opposite side for storing various utensils. All this also leaving ample counter space so that it can perform any task daily between the sink and the kitchen.
In maintaining the essence discussed above, has decided to leave the floor of the entrance, now all parquet floor of a very natural color, a carpet square with the original hydraulic floor, giving a different point and innovative.
It has also decided to leave the original floor in the bathroom and toilet. For the bathroom tiles were used beveled white until halfway placed breaks together, this color is achieved with more light. The bathroom used the same system but with larger tiles as space permits. The choice of white tiles intended to be the old hydraulic floor which highlighted entering.
The main room, like the entire floor has been painted beige walls a very clear and has been placed parquet floor, as already mentioned. Another element to be maintained, was the door that leads to the balcony, again combining the latest trends in integral reforms with characteristic elements of old flats. In turn, the doors of the rooms have also been restored and maintained.
