Has recently completed a new integral reform in Barcelona in Miquel Bleach street. In Grupo Inventia end will show photos of this project.
The main idea of this reform was to rehabilitate the entire floor giving it everything necessary for a proper habitability regarding energy services and in turn maintain several elements that characterized this house.
This last point can be seen above the ground, because the original has been maintained throughout the floor surface. It is a land that combines hydraulic beige for the background, and brown for the drawing. For this reason it was decided to paint the walls beige, so that stood out the figure of this ground water resources.
This restoration is also observed in the doors and windows of wood. These have been restored and varnished in a clear tone and is perfectly embedded in the environment. Meanwhile, in the main room or dining room, remained part of the roof brick. This is just before the exit to the balcony, which gives it a nice rustic look to this space.
As for more modern elements, we have lighting, in which predominate portholes. The bathroom has also been renovated with a functional shower and colors has also opted for beige tiles.
