Currently this house in Paracuellos del Jarama is a two-storey house. Our house renovations proposes the creation of two independent homes. This is the wish of the owners. Our department of interior design in Madrid has drawn up the plans for the new homes we will build.
The ground floor will be a two-bedroom apartment with a living room. It will also have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In addition, since it is a ground floor, it has an outdoor patio that we will also take care of rehabilitating.
What is now the first floor will become another home. In this case it will have three rooms, in addition to the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. In the same way, it will have an outdoor space, in this case a terrace.
Currently we have started the demolition and cleaning work with the aim of applying the redistribution of stays. Once ready we will start printing the new image in all the spaces. A current and modern interior design has been chosen, very different from the original state. The aim of this renovation in Madrid is to create welcoming and bright spaces.
