Grupo Inventia’s team completed a new house renovation work in Barcelona a few days ago. This time we were in charge of renovating all the rooms of a house in Esteràs street. In general, it was managed to provide the building with a contemporary image and equipment ready to offer the best features.
In the following video you can see the general finishes, both common areas and rooms such as kitchen and bathroom. Emphasizing the new interior design of the home, large and bright rooms were achieved thanks to the white color with which the walls and a parquet flooring were painted in medium wooden tones.
It is an open kitchen and distributed in the form of L. The new layout guarantees an organized room that offers excellent mobility. The part of the bottom of the room was used to place the heater and the washing machine, an action that does not leave much space for this kitchen renovation.
At the end of the left the electrodométicos were fitted and then a countertop equipped with a sink and a ceramic hob was born. In this area, it is worth mentioning the expansion of the storage capacity in the lower and upper part of the kitchen counter. Already in the right side, the open one, another counter was placed that contributes greater surface of support and that also has function of breakfast bar.
With the bathroom renovation, a renovated and fully equipped room was refurbished, ready to offer the best features and functionality in its use. For the new sanitary equipment one was chosen by a basin with storage furniture, a toilet of classic image and a practical shower protected by screens of sliding doors.
The walls of the bathroom completely tiled with white tiles, combining perfectly with the hydraulic floor placed. This neutrality in the colors generates a bright and visually ample stay. It also allows to introduce other finishes such as wooden bathroom furniture.
