At the house renovation company Grupo Inventia we have completed a new job to renovate housing. On this occasion we moved to the town of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat to carry out interior design work and equipment of key rooms such as the kitchen or the bathrooms. As we have mentioned on several occasions, our company of house renovations produces budgets for flats in Barcelona city as well as in the neighborhood.
In general, we managed to apply a contemporary style to all the rooms in the house. In this way a current image was printed generating spacious and bright spaces. This was achieved using neutral tonalities to paint the walls and placing a wooden flooring in wooden half tones.
The kitchen renovation is open to the livingroom and is distributed on two fronts. In the open part was placed a kitchen island equipped with a ceramic hob. The counter top of the base and generates a breakfast bar, a perfect place to make any daily intake. In turn, it has space for storage in its lower area.
Just in front, in the part attached to the wall, a tile section was placed that extends the support surface and is equipped with a sink. This area has cabinets and drawers both on the top and bottom, where the microwave and dishwasher also were fitted. At the end the refrigerator was placed, which is camouflaged by the same doors of the kitchen cabinet.
In this work we were in charge of the renovation of two bathrooms. The two rooms were equipped with the essential sanitary equipment to offer the best benefits in their use. It consists of a sink with built-in storage furniture, a toilet and a protected shower with sliding door screens.
For the new image of this bathroom renovation, it was chosen to tile the walls half-height with white metro tiles. It is a great success, as they bring a modern and fresh image to any place they are placed in. For the pavement, a water-repellent, easy-to-maintain, hydraulic floor was chosen.
