We have finished a new project of house renovation in Barcelona. On this occasion we went to Pi i Margall street. Here we have taken it upon ourselves to turn a flat into a real home. Thanks to our work, this home has everything necessary to offer the best services.

The new kitchen is open and distributed in a U shape. It offers excellent mobility and each new element is located in the indicated place to be more functional. It is a complete kitchen renovation that integrates perfectly with the rest of the house. In addition, it is connected to the annexed areas in a very fluid way.
At the far left we have integrated the new appliances into the kitchen cabinet. Specifically there is space for a fridge, an oven and a microwave. This is followed by a section of counter equipped with a double sink and offering a work surface. At the bottom there is a custom-made gap where we placed the dishwasher.
The central part of the kitchen is occupied by a counter equipped with a ceramic hob. It has drawers and cabinets for storage both on the bottom and top. On the right side there is a third counter that is intended for support and work surface. Enabling some kitchen stools also works as a breakfast bar.
Within this renovation in Barcelona we have taken it upon ourselves to improve the image and equipment of three bathrooms. Now, this home has three hygiene spaces that complement each other perfectly. Thanks to our range of bathroom renovations, we have managed to adapt easily to the needs of the owners.
For the image of the bathrooms, the same decorative line has been followed in all three, maintaining the overall image of the rest of the house. We have applied a contemporary style with neutral tones to create bright spaces with a relaxed atmosphere. They are ideal features for bathrooms, as we use them every day. That’s why we tiled the walls as beige tiles that allow to enhance the luminosity and visual breadth.
We have installed the same sanitary elements in all three bathroom renovations. Adjusted to the size and shape of the room, each bathroom has a sink with built-in storage furniture, a toilet and a shower tray. It is a very complete and functional bathroom equipment that can be used at all times.
Since it is a house renovation, we have also taken it upon ourselves to apply a new interior design to all the spaces of this home. Given the needs of the owners, we opted for a contemporary design with a combination of neutral tones and wood finishes.
We have taken it upon ourselves to paint the walls white, ideal for making the most of natural light. Thus, outside light can flow easily to any corner of the house. The new access doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms that we have installed are also white.
For the floor of the house we have opted for a parquet floor in natural wood tones. A success both visually and practically. On the one hand, it provides a relaxed image and generates more warmth. On the other hand, it is a floor made with a resistant and durable material, ideal for areas such as living rooms and bedrooms.
