A new renovation project brings us to the town of Sabadell. Here we have taken it upon ourselves to completely renovate a home. As it is a total reform, we have improved both the interior image and the facilities and equipment section. The main goal is to achieve a highly functional home.

It is a linear kitchen and open to the dining room and living room. In this case, a space as important as the kitchen is connected to other areas of the house. As it is a spacious flat, the connection is very fluid. In fact, there is enough space to set up some tables and chairs with complete comfort.
The kitchen has an elongated counter that can be used as a support and work surface. In addition, it has enough space to accommodate small appliances. It is equipped with a single sink and a glass ceramic plate. In the same way, it has storage capacity both at the bottom, where there is a dishwasher, and at the top.
Then, occupying a well-defined space, we find the household appliances. They are all integrated and consist of a washing machine, fridge, oven and microwave. Right in front we have placed another counter that expands the support surface. In general, it is a kitchen renovation with a modern and functional result.
We have also undertaken a complete bathroom renovation. Our professionals have improved both the design and the toilet equipment. It is now ready to deliver the best performance at all times.
We tiled the walls entirely with large beige tiles. It is a perfect color for the light from outside to illuminate the entire room. For the pavement we used a stoneware floor in a more intense tone. We managed to enhance the warmth of the bathroom next to the wooden vanity unit.
Now the sanitary equipment consists of a toilet with storage furniture, a floating toilet and a water area. For the latter we have installed a shower tray protected by transparent screens. The result of this bathroom renovation in Sabadell is a fully functional cleaning space.
In addition to the reforms we have mentioned, we have also taken it upon ourselves to apply the new interior design. As you can see in the video and photos, we opted for contemporary style interiors. That’s why we chose neutral tones to create bright, spacious and welcoming spaces.
We painted the walls white and installed a parquet floor in natural wood tones. The new image is pleasant and robust at the same time, generating very welcoming spaces. It is a style that fits with many decorations and creates an ideal atmosphere in both public and private spaces.
