This week we added a new one to the list of house renovation completed in the city of Barcelona. On this occasion Grupo Inventia team moved to Juan de Garay street to completely rehabilitate a home, carrying out paintwork, floor placement or installing equipment in different rooms.
In the following video you can see the general finishes, including the interior design project made for the occasion. Now the refurbished home has a contemporary style and each one of its rooms offers a very pleasant atmosphere.
This is an open and distributed U-shaped kitchen renovation. With a wide surface, this type of arrangement was chosen, since it generates a large space that allows a lot of mobility. In this way the kitchen has several areas of support and work, as well as a wide storage capacity.
At the far right, custom-made hollow gates were installed to fit the refrigerator, oven and microwave. Next there is a section of counter that will house the sink, just below the window that leads to the outside. The counter tans to the left and gives way to a second section that will have a ceramic hob and storage plate both lower and higher. Already on the left side a breakfast bar was placed.
The bathroom renovation involved a complete renovation with regard to the sanitary equipment of the room, being divided into two spaces. In one of them there is the new toilet suspended, while the other installed a sink with built-in storage furniture and a large shower protected by transparent sliding door screens.
With regard to the interior design of the bathroom, neutral tones were chosen that generated spacious and bright rooms. The walls were tiled half-way with tiled hydraulic type, while the rest of the wall was painted white. In this way it is achieved that natural light can expand in every corner and achieve very pleasant environments.
