We are finishing a new project of house renovation in Barcelona. On this occasion we went to Campo Arriassa street, in the district of Sant Martí. We have taken care of the kitchen renovation and also updating the interior design. Now this apartment is ready to offer the best benefits.

One of the major improvements of the project is the kitchen renovation. It is located in a separate room and has a rectangular surface. That’s why we opted for a linear kitchen layout, the most optimal in this case. Each element is located in the most functional place to make use of it.
At the far end of the kitchen is the fridge, camouflaged by the kitchen cabinet doors, the oven and the microwave. Then, the desk is born, elongated and offering a large work space. We have installed a single sink and a new induction hob. In addition, we have integrated the dishwasher and washing machine in the lower part.
The kitchen furniture combines the white and wood finishes of the upper cabinets. For its part, the counter has a marble finish that fits perfectly. We have painted the walls white to match the lower part of the kitchen furniture. As for the new kitchen floor, we laid tiles in soft gray.
In addition to renovating all aspects of the kitchen, we have also made improvements to the interior design of the home. Specifically, we have taken on the task of painting and laying flooring. The new image can be seen in the livingroom and diningroom, in the hallway and in the three bedrooms.
We have painted the walls white and laid a new laminate parquet floor. The floor has a natural wood finish that brings warmth to every space in the house. It is a very successful interior design for this apartment. Take advantage of natural light to create bright and visually spacious spaces.
One of the details of this new interior design is that we have recovered the balcony. Until now it was closed and was part of the salon. To recover it we have removed the cover and placed sliding doors of aluminum carpentry and double glazing. Thanks to this modification, the house once again has an outdoor space.
