We have finished a new flat renovation project in Barcelona. Specifically on Berruguete street, in the Horta neighborhood. We have taken it upon ourselves to implement all kinds of improvements, from the interior design to the facilities. For the new interior image of the flat we have opted for a contemporary interior design. Neutral tones are protagonists, in order to create bright spaces. In this way, we enhance the feeling of spaciousness, an ideal characteristic for a home. For this reason, we have painted both the living room and bedroom walls beige.
In this way, the entrances of natural light are used to the maximum and every corner of the flat is illuminated. As for the interior renovation, we have also changed the doors and their frames and also the plinths. We have placed them all in white, generating a nice contrast. Another improvement in the new interior design is the flooring.
We have taken care of laying a parquet floor in a light wood tone. Thanks to this shade, we have managed to enhance the brightness and apply warmth to all areas. An ideal detail for rest spaces such as bedrooms. All together with a functional distribution that has kept all the zones independent.
The kitchen is accessed through a sliding door and is located in its own space. The kitchen furniture is L-shaped and has two sections of counter. Both offer a support and work surface, as well as being equipped with a glass ceramic hob and an integrated sink.
At the far left we have integrated the oven and the microwave. At the same time, on the right side we have placed a custom-made space for the refrigerator and a breakfast bar. Among the improvements of this kitchen renovation we have also expanded the storage capacity. Count on drawers and cupboards both at the bottom and top of the counters.
All this with a cozy kitchen design with white furniture and gray countertops. Thanks to these shades, you can enhance the brightness in the kitchen.
The flat has two full bathroom spaces, a courtesy bathroom and a suite bathroom. For each bathroom renovation we have installed three sanitary pieces. They consist of a toilet, toilet and shower area. This last element in the courtesy bathroom is a bathtub and in the bedroom suite a shower tray. In addition, we have also installed a bidet in the shared cleaning space.
For bathroom design, we opted for a contemporary style, in accordance with the overall image of the flat. We tiled the walls with beige tiles, just like the floor tiles. In this way we have managed to create a homogeneous image and a fresh and welcoming atmosphere in the bathrooms.
